<br />o <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />October 24. 1994 <br /> <br />MO. 94-225 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 26, 1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />Finance Director <br />Community Development Director <br />Redevelopment Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Mezes Development Project (1402-04) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 24, 1994. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Claire, Greenalch, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld and <br />Mayor Buchan <br /> <br />Absent: Gasparini <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Buchan determined that it was the consensus of the <br />Council to require adherence to the Redevelopment Agency prevailing wage <br />policy which requires prevailing wages be paid when the cost of tenant <br />improvements reaches the threshold of$100,000 or more. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker directed that both the record of the Council and the <br />Redevelopment Agency reflect concurrence with the prevailing wage policy as <br />stated above. <br /> <br />~c.~ <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
