6.3B <br />Page 2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION SETTING JULY 12, 2010 AS THE DATE FOR THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2010-2011 BUDGET AND FOR ITS <br />ADOPTION <br />BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, July 12, 2010, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter may be heard, at City Hall, the City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public <br />hearing on the budget for fiscal year 2010-2011 and also for adoption of the <br />budget <br />2. The City Council directs that copies of the budget shall be filed with <br />the City Clerk for inspection by the public. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice to <br />be published once of the availability for inspection of copies of the proposed <br />budget, and stating the time and place at which the Council will hold a public <br />hearing thereon in accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso/Reso.2009 <br />050310 <br />
