<br />The City Council held a Closed Session prior to the regular meeting. The Closed
<br />session began at 6:00 p.m. and was held to address labor negotiations.

<br />Engineer Vorametsanti, Police Captains Cesena and Hernandez,
<br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Superintendent Hover,
<br />Human Services Manager Chin, Senior Building Coordinator Espinoza,
<br />Principal Planner Jany, Supervising Civil Engineer Sarwary, Senior Civil
<br />Engineers Du, Le and Tan, Parks, Recreation and Community Services
