7.A <br />Page 20 <br />- As you know, Palo Alto has recently enacted such an ordinance for its <br />downtown. There is very limited office space on the second floor of <br />Downtown Redwood City, but ample ground floor opportunities. A <br />significant number of Internet & start-up companies find our Train- <br />proximate Downtown highly desirable and are signing leases subject to <br />a policy change.
