Approve, by motion, the professional services agreement with Hauge Brueck <br />Associates (HBA) for environmental consultant services related to the <br />Saltworks development proposal in an amount not to exceed $252,000. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to modify the scope of the professional service <br />agreement with HBA if necessary, including the addition or elimination of sub- <br />consultants and their relative scopes of work. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to $400,000 if <br />necessary. <br />4. Approve, by motion, a reimbursement agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the applicant, Redwood City Industrial Saltworks, LLC. <br /> <br />6.2 Final Acceptances <br /> <br />A.
