Marlin Park Play Areas <br /> • New separate play area for preschool aged children. <br /> • Expanded Conceptual Design and cost estimating. <br /> • Drainage design for both existing and new play area. <br /> • Additional Survey <br /> Scope of Work and Fee: <br /> Work Task Fee <br /> 1. Expand the Existing Conditions and Topographic Survey by City <br /> A. To be provided by the original surveyor, contract w/ City. <br /> 11. Additional Conceptual Design $4,500.00 <br /> A. Generate 3 additional Concept plans for Staff review. <br /> B. Generate additional Concept Plans and Opinions of <br /> Probable Installation Costs. <br /> 111. Additional Construction Documents $4,000.00 <br /> A. Layout and details. <br /> B. Grading and drainage and details, (ADA). <br /> C. Specifications. <br /> D. Coordinate with Staff. <br /> E. Generate Pre -bid Opinion of Probable Installation <br /> Costs. <br /> IV. Additional Bidding Phase (T &M not to exceed) $500.00 <br /> A. Assist the City with Clarification of drawings. <br /> B.
