That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br /> <br />through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and Anderson <br /> <br />Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director <br /> <br />and the Port Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Any and all informalities or. irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> <br />Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
