In response to Senior Planner Passanisi's questions regarding the kind of <br /> report to provide to the Council, City Attorney Schricker advised there <br /> were legal implications. "It is a matter of advocacy... The Council has no <br /> legal authority to grant additional building permits, and I am concerned that <br /> the implication .... that by default you would be drawn into an approval that <br /> would come back later." <br /> <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked for "information on those specific lots where they <br /> have a connection with the road, and some general comments from City <br /> Attorney as well." <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
