<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDMENT #1 to the Agreement for Professional Services <br />for the Saltworks Project Between the City of Redwood City and Hauge Brueck <br />Associates, LLC Dated June 1, 2010 <br /> <br />This Amendment #1 to the Agreement for Professional Services for the Saltworks Project <br />between the City of Redwood City and Hauge Brueck Associates, LLC dated June 1, 2010 is <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />6. Compensation. The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the initial <br />term of this Agreement will be$1.691.3 00 (one million six hundred ninety one thousand three <br />hundred) $252,000 (t'.'.'o hundred fifty two thousand dollars). No other compensation for the <br />Services will be allowed except for items covered by subsequent amendments to this Agreement. <br />City has the authority to withhold a 10% retention until City has accepted all of the services <br />specified in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" is amended to extend project management services of Task 1 through Task 5 and to <br />add Task 6 for Phase 1 Project Scoping as provided in the attached Exhibit "A" Scope of <br />Services Amendment #1. <br />
