Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. Subconsultant Agreement with Hauge Brueck Associates, LLC for the Saltworks Project <br /> Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. (I &R) will assist Hauge Brueck Associates, LLC (HBA) with the public <br /> involvement process, agency coordination, preparation of environmental documents, and review of <br /> environmental studies for the Saltworks Project (Project). I &R's role will focus on providing expertise <br /> regarding Noise. Work will be performed as directed by Anders Hauge of HBA and managed by Richard <br /> Rodkin of I &R. Staff assigned to the project include: Michael Thill (noise analysis). <br /> Task 1 Project Management <br /> 1.1 Project Coordination and Management <br /> The purpose of this task is to provide for coordination between HBA and I &R for preparation of <br /> environmental documents and studies, and to provide for task management. HBA will provide the <br /> coordination with the Environmental Review Management Team (ERMT). I &R is a member of the <br /> Environmental Consultant Team (ECT) managed by HBA. I &R will manage this contract in compliance <br /> with the Saltworks Project ERMT Communications Plan, Safety Plan, QA /QC Plan, and Project <br /> Document and Administrative Record Plan. <br /> 1.6 Project Reporting and Invoicing <br /> Progress Reports <br /> I &R shall prepare and submit monthly Progress Reports for months when work is performed. A Progress <br /> Report shall be provided to HBA to monitor the scope, the schedule, and issues with resolutions. The <br /> reporting period shall be the first day through the last day of each month. The Progress Report template <br /> provided by HBA may be modified from time to time, as appropriate. <br /> Invoicing <br /> I &R shall submit a monthly invoice (when work is performed) to HBA including the direct cost items and <br /> receipts. <br /> 1.8 Program Coordination <br /> HBA will direct coordination with the City Project Manager, ERMT, City Council, City Planning <br /> Commission, agencies, and the Applicant. I &R will participate in meetings as directed by HBA. <br /> Meetings are not a part of this scope and may be authorized through Task Order amendments. <br /> Task 4 Environmental Table of Contents <br /> The purpose of this task is to review and advise the city on appropriate information to be used in the <br /> subsequent phases of the project. Tasks include the peer review of the Noise Technical Report table of <br /> contents prepared by Charles Salter. <br /> Task 6 Project Scoping #1 <br /> Task 6.4 Scoping Meeting <br /> I &R shall participate in the planning of and presentation at the assigned public scoping meetings, <br /> providing input regarding Noise issues. <br /> I &R prepared the noise section for the General Plan EIR and assisted with the update to the Redwood <br /> City Noise Element. As a part of that work, I &R prepared noise exposure contours for Redwood City. <br /> Saltworks Project Task Order No. 001 Page 3 <br />
