EXHIBIT <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDMENT No. 3 to the Agreement for Professional Services <br /> for the Saltworks Project Between the City of Redwood City and Hauge Brueck <br /> Associates, LLC Dated June 1, 2010 and Amended as follows: <br /> Amendment No 1 — September 2010 <br /> Amendment No. 2 - April 2011 <br /> Amendment No. 3 - May 2011 <br /> This Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Professional Services for the Saltworks Project between the <br /> City of Redwood City and Hauge Brueck Associates, LLC dated June 1, 2010 is amended as follows: <br /> 6. Compensation. The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the term of this <br /> Agreement will be increased by $995,000 (nine hundred ninety five dollars). <br /> EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Exhibit "A" is amended to extend services of Task 1 through Task 6 and to add Task 7 for Phase 2 Project <br /> Scoping and portions of Task 8 for Phase 3 Preparation of Draft Environmental Documents as provided in <br /> the attached Exhibit "A" Scope of Services Amendment No. 3.
