The format of this appeal is per the verbal instructions issued by the City Clear <br />Friday, 23 April 2010. Those instructions were write a letter addressed to the City Council that has the <br />following content: <br /> <br />. What you are appeallng <br />. Why you are appealing <br /> <br />What we are appealing has been stated above. Why we are appealing is documented below. The "why" <br />section occupies 28 pages. With only a week to prepare the "why" section, this document will have <br />typos, and possible Incomprehensible statetnents (i.e. the proof reading has been minimal). The "why" <br />documentation only references the content of the Initial Study and Negative Declaration, but not the <br />testimony at the public hearing. We did not have time to transcribe the Planning Commission meeting, <br />and provide additional"why" content in this document from the public hearing. <br /> <br />Therefore, we apologize for the typos in the document, and for the lack of completeness. If there are <br />any questions related to contents of this document please forward those questions to us.
