If you wish to address the Council Members, please complete a <br />speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated <br />to the left of the Council.) If vour subiect is not on the aaenda. the Mavor will <br />recoanize you at this time: but the Brown Act (Open meeting Law) does not allow <br />action by Council Members at this time.
