SFPUC issues initial estimate of available water supply <br />February 1 <br />4. SFPUC announces potential first year of drought (if applicable) <br />February 1 <br />5. SFPUC and Suburban Advisory Group meet upon request to <br />February 1 -May 31 <br />exchange information concerning water availability and projected <br />Purchasers' percentage shares of water allocated to Suburban <br />system -wide purchases <br />6.
