ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />Carol Paine referred to a letter she received from George Hills Company, Inc., stating <br />that a tree limb that fell on her truck causing approximately $3,500- 4,000.00 damage <br />was from a City tree that appears to be very healthy and the City should not be at <br />fault. She stated that she does not dispute that the tree is healthy but that the tree <br />should have been regularly pruned. <br />Lori Schulman stated that she has a similar concern in that the trees on her street <br />create problems with continual dropping of branches and limbs no matter what the <br />weather conditions. She stated that the City is not pruning on a regular basis and that <br />she believes that to be negligent of the City to not provide that service.
