<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Storefront Graphic Design/Marketing <br />Two Fish Design <br /> <br />The Phantom Galleries Redwood City shall include the following services for the <br />exhibit sponsored by the San Mateo Credit Union: <br /> <br />A. Two Fish Design will install 14 new Phantom Galleries ("PG") or art <br />exhibits in vacant storefronts located in the "On Broadway" complex in Downtown <br />Redwood City ("RWC") pursuant to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Two Fish will recruit, organize and facilitate all artists' (including <br />independent, collectives, organizations, etc.) and their exhibit <br />installations, emphasizing the recruitment and involvement of both local <br />RWC and regional artists. <br />2. Each window dimension of 4' by 8' shall count as one installation. <br />3. The term of the installation shall be 3-4 months. <br />4. All hardware, presentation panels, wood, paint, labor, etc. will be <br />provided by Two Fish. <br />5. The art work shall consist of 20 visual arts (painting, photography, etc. <br />framed to be hung on self standing wall panels. <br />6. Each artist will receive an honorarium for exhibiting work. <br />7. Two Fish will be present during all installations to assist the artists and to <br />safe-keep the property. <br />8. Two Fish agrees to vacate the sites within no more than 5 days upon <br />notification by the property owner of signed rental agreements with new <br />tenants. <br /> <br />B. Two Fish will provide graphic design and marketing services to promote <br />the gallery and exhibit as follows: <br /> <br />1. All window identifiers, including PG logo and project descriptions, artist <br />name and contact information, and separate recognition of the San Mateo <br />Credit Union as the sponsor of the exhibit. <br />2. All media/press releases and calendar listing regarding installation sites, <br />artist's names, duration of exhibition, sponsorship information. <br />3. Website presence with PG Redwood City information, project description <br />and photo documentation. <br />4. Email announcements to artists. <br />5.
