<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Teen Talk Sexuality Education will provide Teen Talk, a comprehensive sexuality education <br />program to ten classes at Sequoia High School with funds provided by RWC 20/20 in the <br />amount of $7,500. Sequoia High students will receive the Teen Talk program for 8 - 10 <br />hours in either English or Spanish. The series addresses human development, relationships, <br />sexual health, sexual behavior, and personal skill development. It covers all topics from <br />abstinence through contraceptives including emergency contraception, and STDs/HIV <br />prevention. <br /> <br />Teen Talk health educators are experts in the area of comprehensive sexuality education <br />and trained in working with youth on this sensitive subject. Teen Talk meets California <br />Education Code requirements, follows the California Health Education Content Standards <br />and is based the Health Belief Model. <br /> <br />Method of Payment <br /> <br />Contractor not to exceed $7,500 <br /> <br />Consultant will provide a detailed invoice upon completion of services or no later than June <br />15,2010. <br /> <br />RDA Agreement under $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 012710 <br /> <br />4 <br />
