Article 26 of the Zoning Code of the City <br />of Redwood City is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Article 26 CBR (CENTRAL BUSINESS RETAIL) DISTRICT <br /> <br />Sections: <br /> <br />26.1 Purpose. <br />26.2 Permitted Uses. <br />26.3 Accessory Uses. <br />26.4 Conditional Uses. <br />26.5 Height Regulations. <br />26.6 Lot Area. <br />26.7 Lot Width. <br />26.8 Lot Coverage. <br />26.9 Yard Requirements. <br />26.10 Required Conditions. <br />26.11 Design. <br />26.12 Off-street Parking. <br />26.13 Stormwater Requirements. <br /> <br />26.1 Purpose: To strengthen the retail vitality and economic base of the <br />downtown area; to concentrate retail uses downtown which will serve the needs of <br />Redwood City residents, businesses, and workers; and to encourage residential and <br />employment uses that will support the retail uses in a mixed-use downtown setting. To <br />encourage the upgrading of building exteriors, signs, passageways, and rear entries in <br />the district.
