Coffman: <br /> <br />Ferma Corporation is pleased to provide the following quotation for the building and site demolition at the above <br />referenced site per our meeting of 6/19/09 and described in the following scope ofworlc <br /> <br />Demolition: loading and removal including labor, equipment, material, salvage value, transportation, legal <br />disposal and disposal fees described as follows: <br /> <br />. Mechanically perf01111ed <br />· Building (5,250 +/- SF) <br />Maximum thickness of concrete slabs shall not exceed 6 inches <br />· Maximum thickness of footings shall not exceed 3 feet <br />. Foundation to minus 3' below adjacent grade <br />. Asphalt paving (2,500 +/- SF) not to exceed 4" thick and does not contain fabric within or under (additional <br />costs may apply) <br />. Fencing removal <br />· Tree removal (tree removal penllit by others) <br />. Dust control including water <br />· Traffic and/or pedestrian control as required for our p0l1ion of work <br />· Obtain BAAQMD notification <br />. Cutting and capping of st01111 and/or sewer at property line <br />. One mobilization for each piece of equipment <br />. All debris and concrete to be recycled <br />.
