<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Funding Source: Silicon Valley Community Foundation ($1,000) and Stewardship Council ($5,000) <br /> <br />Provide coaching and general content support for youth engagement strategies related to the <br />City Manager's Office Environmental Initiatives. <br />1. Provide content resources and planning/programming support for City Manager's office staff <br />in youth engagement strategies for climate action, general planning, and summer youth <br />ambassadors program. <br />2. Meet with staff and/or boards of 1-2 environmental organization, to share information about <br />youth development in the local context, and the unique role of Environmental organizations as <br />partners in RWC. <br />3. Plan, develop content, and facilitate (all in partnership with Beth Ross) 3-4 meetings of RWC <br />EI partners for coaching and alignment with youth engagement outcomes related to CYDI. <br />4. Coordinate with Stanford professors and Haas Center for Public service to support 2-3 course <br />connections, and 2-3 intern positions, and a Community Based Research (CBR) fellow with EI <br />related programs and projects. <br />5.
