ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency Board, and will be enacted by one motion and one <br />vote. The Oral Communications and Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 <br />minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it <br />to the Deputy City Clerk/Deputy Agency Assistant. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar and approve the <br />Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. Renewal of agreement with Athens Administrators to serve as the City's Third <br />Party Administrator (TPA) for workers' compensation services. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Carolyn McLaurin, Sr. Human Resources Analyst, 780-7289 <br />cmclau rin@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal of the agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and Athens Administrators to act as the TPA <br />for the city's self-insured workers' compensation program for $141,000 for fiscal <br />year 2010-2011 and $143,000 for fiscal year 2011-2012. <br /> <br />6.2 Resolutions <br /> <br />A.
