<br />6.2C <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has provided a copy of recorded Notice of <br /> <br />Completion for the project evidencing completion and release of liens; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DDA provides for the Redevelopment Agency to issue a <br /> <br />Certificate of Completion after the improvements have been completed and all of the <br /> <br />terms of the DDA have been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council and the Redevelopment Agency approves the Certificate <br /> <br />of Completion for Lincoln Townhomes - Peninsula Habitat for Humanity as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit IIAn. <br /> <br />2.
