A. Special Activities subject to an encroachment permit pursuant to Section <br /> 33A.21. of this Code; <br /> <br />B. Sidewalk Cafes subject to an encroachment permit either pursuant to <br /> Section 33A.22 of this Code or pursuant to a Conditional Use Permit <br /> pursuant to the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 33B.4. ENFORCEMENT - FINES AND PENALTY: Violation of any of <br />the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed an infraction, which upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punishable as specified in Section 1.7B of this Code." <br /> <br /> Section 2.
