"Section 6.56. APPLICATION OF ARTICLE: This Article shall not apply to the <br />following persons: <br /> <br />A. Persons selling goods pursuant to an order or process of a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> B. Persons acting in accordance with their powers and duties as public officials. <br /> <br />C. Any person promoting, advertising, or selling an item or items of personal property <br /> which is or are specifically named or described in any advertisement therefor and <br /> which separate items do not exceed ten (10) in number." <br /> <br /> Section 7. Section 6.57 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby deleted in <br /> its entirety and replaced by the following: <br /> <br /> "Section 6.57. PENALTIES: Any violation of this Article shall be punishable as an <br /> infraction and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by the fines prescribed in <br /> Section 1.7B of this Code." <br /> <br /> Section 6. Section 6.58 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby deleted in <br /> its entirety. <br /> <br /> Section 9.
