Maintenance of privately-owned water mains, fire <br /> hydrants, or other fire service systems (collectively referred to as 'Facilities') <br /> shall be performed by, and be the responsibility of, the owners thereof, and <br /> the City shall assume no liability for damages to the Facilities in performing <br /> tests to, or in using, such Facilities. <br /> <br />Section 12.14.
