Section 9.125 Concrete Tilt-Up Wall Construction: Such construction <br />is permitted only if it meets the following criteria: <br /> <br />Walls shall be positively tied together by a minimum twelve inch (12") wide <br />poured in place concrete column and anchored to foundations, floors, and roofs. <br /> <br /> Section 9.126 - 9.139 Reserved. <br /> <br /> Section 8.
