ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency Board, and will be enacted by one motion and one <br />vote. The Oral Communications and Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 <br />minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it <br />to the Deputy City Clerk/Deputy Agency Assistant. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar and approve the <br />Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. License agreement between Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB) <br />and City of Redwood City (the city) for the Sanitary Sewer Replacement <br />Project (Manzanita, Shasta, Spruce, Pine, and Heller). <br /> <br />Staff Contact: Jimmy Tan, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer 780-7397 jtan@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the license agreement to allow sanitary sewer pipelines to <br />be placed as part of the Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project (Manzanita, <br />Shasta, Spruce, Pine, and Heller), to cross the JPB right-of-way, and authorize <br />the City Manager to execute related documents. <br /> <br />6.2 Final Acceptances <br /> <br />A.
