N. Review and study of contemplated revisions to the General Plan and <br />Zoning District classifications for the properties described in the aforesaid <br />Ordinance No. 2138 have proceeded at differing rates such that the estimated <br />time for completion of said revisions for properties located between the Lido <br />Neighborhood Specific Plan Area and Bay Slough is six (6) months from the <br />anticipated date of adoption of this ordinance, while the estimated time for <br />completion of said studies and revisions with respect to the properties within <br />"Area H" as described in Exhibit "A" hereof is one (1) year from said date. <br /> <br /> O. On January 11, 1998, a duly noticed public hearing was held on the <br />question of further extending the aforesaid interim ordinance pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 65858(a). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The moratorium upon the development of property located <br />within the TP Zoned Properties as shown on Exhibit "A" hereof, heretofore <br />established pursuant to Ordinance No. 2136, above mentioned, is hereby <br />extended for a period of six (6) months from the date of adoption of this <br />ordinance with respect to the said properties located between the Lido <br />Neighborhood Specific Plan Area and Bay Slough, and is further extended for a <br />period of one (1) year from said date with respect to the properties within "Area <br />H" in the Redwood Shores Area of the City of Redwood City.
