A. District is the owner of certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, California (hereafter referred to as the "District's Property"), and more particularly described as Parcel A, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Parcel Map. No. 97-5," filed with the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, in Volume 70 of Parcel Maps at pages 9 and 10, which is attached to this :H~ Agreement, marked Exhibit A, and hereby incorporated by reference (the "Map"). B. City is the owner of certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, California (hereafter referred to as the "City's Property"), and more particularly described as Parcel B on the Map, which is attached to this Agreement and hereby incorporated by reference. Grant of Encroachment Rights 1.
