It is
intended that the analysis would be included in the project Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Stanford
University Development Precise Plan. This analysis will incorporate the latest future land use data assumptions
under the "existing" (1990) General Plan (prepared in December 2009).

The ultimate purpose of the transportation analysis is to estimate the impacts of the TDM program on key offsite
intersections and roadway segments in the vicinity of the project site. The tasks to be included in the traffic
analysis are:

1. Evaluation of 2030 Cumulative Conditions (without Project). Intersection levels of service will be
evaluated under cumulative conditions without the project. Freeway segments, freeway ramps, and street
segments will also be analyzed. Freeway segments, freeway ramps, and street segments will also be analyzed
under Cumulative (without Project) Conditions.

2. Evaluation of 2030 Cumulative Conditions With Project (without TDM). Intersection levels of service will
be evaluated under cumulative with project conditions without TDM. Freeway segments, freeway ramps, and
street segments will also be analyzed.
