Building.lnfrastruclureandTransportation <br />GiIV::""'; Depar\rnel1t <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECT NOTIFICATION <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Pump Station #12 Improvements Project <br /> <br />Dear Resident, Business Owner and/or Property Owner: <br /> <br />Please be advised that upon approval by City CounCil, the City of Redwood City will soon begin <br />construction of the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station #12 Improvements Project in your area, This <br />project is part of the City's Annuai Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program and will replace the aging <br />sanitary sewer system to ensure reliability for future service <br /> <br />The work generally consists 01 modifications to existing dry well and wet well; construction of a new <br />valve vault structure, installation 01 mechanical and electrical control equipments, pumps, standby <br />enginegenerator,excavation,backfill,tratficcontrol,anddustaIleviation. <br /> <br />Please refer to the project location map on the reverse side of fhis notice for location 01 the pump <br />station (located at intersection of Shell and Marine Parkway) <br /> <br />Construction is expected to begin in early April of 2010 and conclude by the end of September of <br />2010. <br /> <br />The City and its contractor intend to conduct the work to minimize the impact Of construction activity <br />in your neighborhood although some inconvenience is unavoidable. Please expect periodic lane <br />closures, detours, somedusf, and temporary parking restrictions during construction. All roadway <br />users are asked to particularly be cautious during construction. <br /> <br />Regular working hours will be between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday fhrough Friday.
