<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />2493-2010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF PORTOLA VALLEY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />TOWN OF PORTOLA VALLEY AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Portola Valley has read and <br />considered that certain Agreement for Consulting Services ("Agreement") between the <br />Town and the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />- NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Portola Valley to <br />enter into the Agreement described above. <br /> <br />2.
