<br />6.2A <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the Cit Mana er <br /> <br />July 12, 2010 <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br />Final Acceptance - Perimeter Fence for the Phil Shao Memorial Skate Park at Red <br />Morton Park Project <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Accept, by motion, the Perimeter Fence for the Phil Shao Memorial Skate Park at Red <br />Morton Park Project and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to city <br />procedures. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />On January 11, 2010, the City Council appropriated funding and approved the contract <br />to construct fencing around the skate park facility at Red Morton Park with All Fence <br />Company, Inc. for $79,732.00. <br /> <br />This project was successfully completed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications. One (1) change order for $1,078.21 was issued.
