07/12/2010 <br />PARCEL 2 <br />Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of Block 7, Range "E ", "Town of Mezesville" <br />recorded August 1, 1856 in Book 1, Subdivision maps of San Mateo County, Page 79, said line <br />being coterminous with the northeasterly line of Winslow Street (called D Street on said <br />Subdivision), said point being distant along said line South 42° 30' 08" East 73.63 feet from the <br />most westerly corner of said Block 7, Range "E "; thence continuing along said coterminous line <br />South 42° 30' 08" East 127.89 feet (the total length of said Block 7 is called 200 feet on said <br />Subdivision) to the most southerly corner of said Block and a point in the northwesterly line of <br />Fuller Street (called Seventh Street on said Subdivision); thence along the prolongation of said <br />northwesterly line of Fuller Street South 47° 29' 02" West 39.35 feet to the point in the are of a <br />curve, said curve to become the new easterly right -of -way line of Winslow Street; thence along <br />said curve, northwesterly on an are to left, a radial line to the beginning of said curve bearing <br />North 81' 42' 16" East, having a radius of 227.50 feet, a central angle of 34° 12' 24 ", an arc <br />length of 135.82 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Containing 1,615 square feet, more or less. <br />oQ �p�ESSIQ��g I ,� <br />Brian C.
