"Section 25.6. The term of office of each member of the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission shall be four (4) years, expiring <br /> on May 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments <br /> to the Commission shall be made such that terms shall expire in <br /> even-numbered years. In case of vacancy in the Commission <br /> caused by death or resignation of a member, a successor shall be <br /> appointed by the Council for the unexpired term of such member. <br /> Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation." <br /> <br /> Section 5.
