<br />------- <br /> <br />A) Council approved the ongoing revenue additions: 1) increase in parking meter rates <br />($200,000); 2) Tree Preservation Permits ($27,500); and SEIU Salary Freeze <br />($111,000). <br />B) In regards to the Add Backs, Council agreed with adding the Juvenile Specialist at <br />1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and the Child Care Coordinator at .5 FTE, the <br />Shared Fire Marshall, and the CSO (1.0 FTE) but excluding the Library Youth <br />Services Manager. Both CCC and HSFA budgets will be cut by 80/0 much like other <br />City Departments. <br />C) There will be a one-time shift of Gas Tax funds to mitigate impacts. This approach <br />will not be replicated in future years. <br />Council concurred that this was the Council direction. <br /> <br />8. ADJOURN - MIS BainlSeybert to adjourn at 11 :29 p.m. to a Closed Session. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />At 11 :30 p.m. Council held a Closed Session on the issue of Conference with Real <br />Property Negotiators. In attendance with City Council, Roy Abrams (Interim City <br />Attorney), Peter Ingram (City Manager), Jill Ekas (Planning, Housing and Economic <br />Development Director) and Pat Webb (Housing and Redevelopment Manager).
