<br />Amend. by resolution, the Kaiser Downtown Medical Campus Precise Plan <br />("Kaiser Precise Plan") to allow the following changes for Kaiser's Phase I Hospital <br />Replacement Project: <br /> <br />1. Relocate new hospital's primary entrance from Veterans Blvd. to the campus <br />interior with vehicular access provided from Marshall Court and Maple Street. <br /> <br />2. Open Marshall Court cul-du-sac to allow pedestrian and vehicular access to the <br />new hospital's primary entrance. <br /> <br />3. Relocate ambulance drop-off area from Walnut Street to Veterans Blvd. <br /> <br />4. Relocate and reconfigure Walnut Street emergency department (ED) drop-off <br />and walk-in area. <br /> <br />5.
