<br />6.1C <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE A(;REEMENT <br />BETWEE.N <br />THE COUNTY OF SAN MATE() <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this _ day <br />,20_, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter <br /> <br />called "County," the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, hereinafter called "City" and the <br />REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called "District"; <br /> <br />y..; I I li E S. .s. E I H: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with <br />independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department <br />thereof; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement to provide financial support to Redwood <br />City Community School for FY 2008-09 on September 16,2008; and <br /> <br />WHERl:AS, the parties amended the Agreement on October 20, 2009, to add funding <br />for FY 2009-10. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend the Agreement to extend the term <br />for one year, July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2011, and add funding for FY 2010-11. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Original Exhibit Bl is replaced with Exhibit B2. <br />[See Attached] <br /> <br />2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated September 16, 2008, and as <br />amendment October 20, 2009, between the County, City and District shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
