PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the services provided pursuant to the Agreetnent, and <br />subject to the provisions of funding in paragraph 12.A of the Agreement, <br />payments shall be made upon receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2010, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. County shaH pay Rechvood City School District one payment of ONE <br />HUNT)RED THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX <br />DOLLARS ($113,676). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Re(hvood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br /> <br />C. Redwood City School District will contribute one payment of NINETY <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000). <br />
