<br />6.2A <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE USE OF SURFACE TRANSPORTATION <br />PROGRAM AND/OR CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY <br />IMPROVEMENT FUNDS FOR THE CITY'S 2010-2011 STREET <br />OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the share of graQt funds to Redwood City from the two funding <br />sources Surface Transportation Program andlor Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality <br />Improvement Funds is approximately $ 887,000.00; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
