The sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three dollars ($725,963) theretofore appropriated, transferred and carried over in the Bond Reserve Account held by the Trustee, is hereby reappropriated and maintained pursuant to Resolution No. P-1622 during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. SECTION 8. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT - INTEREST. For purposes of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and between the State of California Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Nine dollars ($24,679) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for payment of interest during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. SECTION 9. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT - PRINCIPAL. The sum of Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Nine dollars ($28,969) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for the payment of principal pursuant to the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project during Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. SECTION 10. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS. The sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand dollars ($8,455,000) is hereby appropriated from Reserve Fund PORC/ch/Ord/bdgtordFY2011 4of6
