disposal franchise agreements, respectively, but including a term coextensive <br />with said existing agreements; <br /> <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That certain franchise agreement entitled, "Agreement <br />Between the City of Redwood City, California, and Browning-Ferris Industries of <br />California, Inc., for Green Waste Collection, Processing and Marketing Services, <br />effective January 1, 1997, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said franchise <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
