Coordinate transition plan and training with RWC PAL Board of Directors <br />. Coordinate development and implementation of three month transition action plan with <br />Board of Directors to establish key priorities and tasks for the new Executive Director <br />. Provide mentoring and assistance for new Executive Director <br />. Provide support and guidance to the Board for the human resources and staffing concerns <br />. Provide board training on the board's new roles and responsibilities with the start of the <br />new fiscal year. <br />. Provide technical assistance to new Executive Director in August (primarily developing <br />fundraising plan and implementation of donor campaign) <br /> <br />Fee: Not to exceed $10,000.00.
