<br />. <br /> <br />periods that Engine 12 is not in operation that it will provide fire coverage to City at no <br />charge in accordance with existing policies of District's fire chief for deployment based <br />upon availability, alarms, and priorities. <br /> <br />. 5. OTHER SERVICES. In the event that the operation of Engine 12 is not <br />discontinued on a periodic or continuing basis, or such discontinuance of operation is for, <br />or appears that it will be for less than reciprocal Truck response into the District, the fire <br />chiefs shall discuss other ways for District to provide City fire services, including but not <br />limited to City's use of the public education specialist for the Community Emergency <br />Response Team.
