07/26/2010 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15041 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE USE OF SURFACE TRANSPORTATION <br />PROGRAM AND /OR CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY <br />IMPROVEMENT FUNDS FOR THE CITY'S 2010 -2011 STREET <br />OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the share of grant funds to Redwood City from the two funding <br />sources Surface Transportation Program and /or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality <br />Improvement Funds is approximately $ 887,000.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council approves the use of Surface Transportation Program and /or <br />Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Funds for the City's 2010 -2011 <br />Street Overlay Project.
