07/26/2010 <br />City Medical Center Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (the "Kaiser Master Plan <br />EIR "). Furthermore, the June 22, 2010 Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants ( "Fehr <br />& Peers ") Technical Memorandum, on file and made available at the Office of the City <br />Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, concludes that the minor modifications <br />do not create new circulation impacts and the transportation impacts identified in the <br />Kaiser Master Plan EIR would be greater than the impacts resulting from <br />implementation of the "Project." Based on the foregoing, no further environmental <br />review is required pursuant to CEQA. (Pub. Res. Code § 21166; Cal. Code of Regs. <br />Tit. 14, §§ 15162, 15163, 15164.) <br />Section 3. Based on the evidence received at the duly noticed public hearing <br />held for the purpose of adopting said Precise Plan, as revised, that the Precise Plan, as <br />revised, is found to be in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Redwood City, and is hereby adopted. <br />Section 4. That the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, on file and <br />made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, <br />is hereby adopted and made a part of this Precise Plan, as revised, in order to mitigate <br />or avoid significant environmental effects. <br />Section 5.
