ONE TO EXTEND <br /> Agreement for Electrical Maintenance Services <br /> Republic ITS <br /> This Amendment No. One is entered into and effective as of the c I. day of <br /> �y�, , 2010, extending and amending the agreement dated _July, <br /> 27 200 (the "Agreement ") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city <br /> and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "), and Republic ITS , <br /> ( "Consultant ") (collectively, the "Parties ") for electrical maintenance services.. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 27, 2010, the Parties executed Agreement_ for Electrical <br /> Maintenance Services, Republic ITS, and <br /> B. The Parties wish to extend this Agreement for 30 days for the period of <br /> August 27, 2010 to September 27, 2010 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of 30 days ending on September 27, 2010 and <br /> Consultant will be paid a not to exceed amount of Fifty Thousand dollars <br /> ($ 50,000) . <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not -to- exceed ___EL <br /> Thousand dollars ($ 50,000 ). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly <br /> basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, <br /> and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 3.. Consultant shall continue performing the work described in the original <br /> Agreement through September 27, 2010 <br /> 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 6.
