Califomia general partnership ("Centrum V'), Centrum IV Associates, a <br />California general partnership ("Centrum IV"), and Centrum III Associates, <br />a California General Partnership ("Centrum II1") respectively, partnerships <br />related to Centrum which were formed to develop the respective pamels; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Centrum V, Centrum IV, and Centrum III, each <br />subsequently conveyed a fee interest in its respective parcel to Oracle <br />Real Estate Corporation (Oracle Corporation's predecessor in interest). <br />Centrum also conveyed the fee simple interest in the two (2) remaining <br />office building sites, as well as two (2) additional parcels of the Property, <br />to Oracle Real Estate Corporation. In addition, Centrum Owners is the <br />beneficial owner of various easements on the Property and is the owner of <br />the common areas of the Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Centrum, Oracle, and Centrum Owners, as successors <br />in interest to Campeau, have been assigned and have assumed the rights <br />and obligations of Developer under the Development Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution of the Development <br />Agreement, the development plan for the project described in Exhibit "B" <br />to the Development Agreement was updated and replaced by the <br />development plan attached as Exhibit "B" to the Amendment to <br />Development Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the original Planned Development Permit PD-10307-4, <br />as amended by PD-10303-6, and further amended on May 17, 1988, by <br /> <br /> Ord-005 2 <br /> G :/shared/redwood/council <br /> FXS:r9 <br /> 06/04/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
