Amendment to Development Agreement" by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and Centrum Associates, Oracle Corporation, and Centrum <br />Owners Association, as successors in interest to Campeau Corporation <br />California, is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Redwood City <br />and should be approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Second Amendment to Development Agreement, <br />which amends the Development Agreement (approved pursuant to <br />ordinance No. 1931) and the Amendment to Development Agreement <br />(approved pursuant to ordinance No. 2031), a copy of which is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference as <br />though set forth in full, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized to execute the agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
