Utility District requiring it a maximum of 100 feet of individual electric service <br />trenching and conductor (as well as backfill, paving, and conduit, if required). <br />Each other serving utility will provide service trenching and conductor in <br />accordance with its tariffs on file with the California Public Utilities Commission or <br />as required by its Franchise Agreement with the City. Each property owner <br />within the Underground Utility District shall be responsible for the installation and <br />maintenance of the conduit and termination box located on, under, or within any <br />structure on the premises served." <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this <br />ordinance as provided by Section 11.47 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />and shall accompany said notice with a copy of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
